Why you should read this article?
If you own an automobile (car) or your plan to buy one then you must read this article. Secondly, you might have a car breakdown in a very remote area with nobody around to help repair your car, so knowing how to clean and replace your air filter may save your life.

“Food is to man as fuel is to a car”. The latter statement in quotes explains it all. This implies that if this system is broken, then your car becomes totally useless.

The easiest symptom  which shows that your fuel filters are not working well is abrupt swift breaks of the engine which causes the car to move, stop, move, stop….

How to maintain the Fuel Filtration System of a car?

A car usually has two(2) fuel filters, the 1)  Primary Fuel Filter(PFF) and 2) Secondary Fuel Filter (SFF)
- I strongly recommend that you read your car user manual and understanding the different maintenance(servicing) tasks and durations.

- You must replace only one fuel filter at  a time and never the two during a servicing session.

- With the car engine switched off, close the fuel tank to prevent fuel from flowing into the fuel filters.

- Unscrew the secondary filter fuel filter and take it off.

- Replace it with a new clean fuel filter.

- Open the fuel tank to its initial level and bleed the fuel filter.
