Note: These operations given below are general operations and will vary slightly from one car model or brand to another. So you need to adapt this to your specific case.


A) Operations to Execute after every 10 hours in a day (Frequency = After every 10 hours)

- Verify the level of Cooling Liquid in the Radiator
- Verify the level of Oil in the Oil pan of the crank case
 

B) Operations to Execute after every 50 hours or every Week (Frequency = After every 50 hours or Weekly)

- Clean air filter and replace air filtering component in air filter
- Clean the Radiator Grid
- Empty the engine water separator if this is present (The Water Separator – is a device placed along the fuel supply system of a car whose role is to eliminate any water present in fuel)
 

C) Operations to Execute after every 250 hours or every 5 Week (Frequency = After every 250 hours or every 5 Weeks, monthly)

- Change  oil filter
- Adjust the belt of the cooling fan close to the engine
- Grease the water pump moving parts 
 

D) Operations to Execute after every 500 hours or every 10 Week (Frequency = After every 500 hours or every 10 Weeks)

- Change primary filters
 

E) Operations to Execute after every 750 hours or every 15 Week (Frequency = After every 750 hours or every 15 Weeks)

- Change secondary filters
 

F) Operations to Execute after every 1000 hours or every 20 Week (Frequency = After every 1000 hours or every 20 Weeks)


- Change cooling liquid of Radiator
